By booking a photo session with Karmoosha Photography, you have agreed to all the Terms & Conditions. You will be asked to sign the Terms & Conditions agreement on the day of your photo session.

Karmoosha Photography reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

BOOKING:

Booking is only confirmed after full payment.

First time changing the date is free, after that any changes will be charged 100 SR.

Limited times of changing the date is three, after that Karmoosha Photography is entitled to cancel the session with no refund.

 

BOOKING EXPIRY:

Photo sessions will expire six months from the date of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS:

If Karmoosha Photography canceled the appointment, an alternative date will be offered when possible, if not possible Karmoosha Photography will offer a full refund.

  

If the client canceled the photoshoot No refunds for cancellation.

If the client choose to downgrade a package, there will be no refunds or balanced account.

If client payed for a package they will only receive what is included in the package, time, images numbers and prints numbers, anything extra will be charged again.

 

PHOTOS & PROCESSING:

Photos are picked and edited by Karmoosha Photography.

Photo will not be shown to clients before processing and editing.

After processing the photos, if clients request additional editing and photo shoots, it will be charged extra.

 

COPYRIGHT & REPUBLICATIONS:

The copyright of all images remains with Karmoosha Photography.  The client is permitted to reproduce their digitally purchased images for personal use only (i.e. not to sell in any way for profit or for competition entry) This is a standard condition for Professional Photographers.

In the case of digital purchases, Karmoosha Photography cannot be held responsible for the quality of print/products provided by a third party.

Karmoosha Photography cannot be held responsible for any damage in prints and loss of digital images after delivery to clients.

IMAGES PRIVACY:

As a photography studio, Karmoosha Photography is regularly building a portfolio, for advertising and marketing purposes using the images of  the photoshoots.

Karmoosha Photography may use any of the images of children (under 12 years old)  for promotional, instructional purposes and work samples, including but not limited to social media, studio display, publications and promotional material.

Clients (over 12 years old) will be asked for permission before using the photos in any digital or printed promotional materials.

If clients request a privacy option of not using their children (under the age of 12 years old) in any digital or printed promotional materials will be asked for an extra fee of 100 sr.

 

IMAGES, PRINT & ORDERING:

A password protected, online gallery of proof edited images will be available for clients as specified in the package (depending on the workloads) after the photo session date.  The number of images depends upon several factors such as the weather and willingness/co-operation of the subjects. If the total number of images is above or below the average, no additional charges will be applied.

Images are processed in both colour as well as black and white, however some images will not be suitable for black and white conversion.

The gallery will remain live for one month, after that the gallery will not be available, unless the client requests an extension in writing(an extra month will be applied)

The digital files of all images purchased will then be archived.

Photos are professionally post-processed such as. correction of certain elements in an image (skin blemishes and dark shadows etc...). Karmoosha Photography is granted total artistic control over the final images.

Typically, a print order is fulfilled between two and four weeks from the ordering session, depending on the products ordered.

Karmoosha Photography is not responsible for any delays caused by supplier interruptions or the postal service.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Print and product prices are available on the website. The prices are subject to change at the discretion of Karmoosha Photography.

 

DATA PROTECTION:

Karmoosha Photography will keep the client’s name, contact details and session information private.

الأحكام والشروط

 

من خلال حجز جلسة لالتقاط الصور مع كرموشة  للتصوير، يجب الموافقة على جميع الأحكام والشروط. سوف يتم الطلب منك التوقيع على اتفاقية الأحاكم والشروط في موعد التفاط الصور الخاصة بك.

كرموشة  للتصوير نحتفظ بالحق في تغيير هذه الاحكام والشروط في أي وقت.

الحجز:

لن يتم تأكيد الحجز إلا بعد دفع الرسوم كاملاً. .

في حال وجود ظرف طارئ أو عارض وأراد العميل تغير موعد جلسة التصوير، سيتم تغير التاريخ الأول من دون مقابل، بعد ذلك أي تغير أخر في موعد تاريح الجلسة يكون مقابل رسوم إضافية تقدر بـ(100) مائة ريال سعودي.

العميل له حق في تغير موعد تاريخ جلسة التصوير لثلاث مرات ، وفي حال زاد التغير عن ثلاث يحق لكرموشة للتصوير إلغاء جلسة التصوير من دون ارجاع رسوم الجلسة.

 

انتهاء صلاحية حجز جلسة التصوير:

حجوزات التصوير تنتهي صلاحيتها بعد مرور (6) ستة أشهر من تاريخ دفع رسوم الجلسة.

الإلغاء:

إذا إلغت كرموشة للتصوير تاريخ الجلسة، سيتم تقديم للعميل موعداً أخر إذا كان الأمر ممكناً، وفي حالة عدم استطاعة كرموشة للتصوير حجز موعد مناسب سيتم ارجاع الرسوم كاملاً للعميل.

إذا الغى العميل موعد جلسة التصوير بعد الدفع لن يتم ارجاع الرسوم للعميل.   

 

الصور والمعالجة :

سوف تقوم كرموشة للتصوير في اختيار ومعالجة الصور.

الصور لن يتم اطلاعها للعميل قبل المعالجة والتحرير.

بعد معالجة الصور، إذا أراد العميل  التحرير صوراً إضافية، عليه بدفع رسوماً اضافية.

 

حقوق الطبع والنشر والاعلان:

حقوق الطبع والنشر جميع الصور خاصة لكرموشة للتصوير . فيحق للعميل إعادة إنتاج الصور التي تم شراؤها للاستخدام الشخصي فقط ولا يحق له استخدام الصور للبيع من أجل الربح بأي شكل من الأشكال أو استخدام هذه الصور لدخول المنافسات التي تختص المصورين المحترفين.

في حال شراء الصور من دون طلب الطباعة، كرموشة للتصوير غير مسؤولة عن جودة الطباعة المقدمة من قبل طرف ثالث.

كرموشة للتصوير غير مسؤولة عن أي ضرر في المطبوعات أو فقدان الصور الرقمية بعد تسليم الصور للعميل.

كرموشة للتصوير سوف تقوم بتلف الصور التي يجب تسلميها للعميل بعد ستة شهور من اعلام العميل بجهازية الصور في حال عدم استلامها أو الرد على كرموشة للتصوير، ولا يحق للعميل بمطالبته للصور او التعويض بعد ذلك.

 

خصوصية الصور:

كحال اغلب استوديوهات التصوير المحترفة تقوم كرموشة للتصوير بالاحتفاظ بأعمالها في محفظة/ ألبوم الكتروني لأغراض الدعاية والتسويق.

كرموشة للتصوير قد تستخدم صورة أي طفل (أقل من سن 12 سنة) للأغراض الترويجية، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر وسائل الاعلام الاجتماعية، وعروض الاستوديو والمنشورات والمواد الترويجية.

إما عن العملاء (فوق سن 12 عاما) ستقوم كرموشة للتصوير بأخذ الإذن قبل استخدام صورهم في أي من المواد الترويجية سواء كانت رقمية أو تم طباعتها.

للعلم يحق للعميل طلب خيار الخصوصية للأطفال (أقل من سن 12 سنة) وعدم استخدام صورهم كمادة ترويجية رقمية أو مطبوعة مقابل رسوم إضافية قدرها 100 ريال.

 

طلب طباعة الصور:

سوف تقوم كرموشة للتصوير بإرسال العميل كلمة السر المحمية، لفتح معرض/الألبوم الإلكتروني الموجود على الانترنت للاطلاع على  الصور المحررة، وسوف تكون متاحة للعملاء على النحو المحدد في العرض (اعتمادا على حجم العمل) بعد تاريخ جلسة التقاط الصور. يعتمد عدد الصور على عدة عوامل مثل الطقس والرغبة / تعاون الموضوعات. إذا كان إجمالي عدد الصور أعلى أو أقل من العدد المطلوب، لن يتم تطبيق أي رسوم إضافية.

سيتم معالجة الصور بالملون والأسود والأبيض، ويجب العلم إن بعض الصور لا تناسبها معالجتها بالأبيض والأسود.

سيبقى معرض/الألبوم الإلكتروني على الانترنيت (السابق ذكره) لمدة شهر واحد بعدها سوف يتم تعطيله ، ما لم يطلب العميل امداد المدة كتابتاً (سيتم امداد المدة لشهرا إضافيا) وبعد ذلك يتم أرشفة جميع الصور في الملفات الرقمية التي تم شراؤها.

سيتم معالجة صور وتصحيح بعض الجوانب في صورة مثل عيوب البشرة والظلال الداكنة الخ .... وسوف تمنح كرموشة للتصوير أفضل اخراج فني على الصور النهائية.

يتم بالانتهاء من طباعة الصور وتسليمها ما بين اسبوعين إلى أربعة أسابيع من طلب الطباعة، هذا يعتمد على طبيعة المنتجات المطلوبة.

كرموشة للتصوير غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير الناجم عن انقطاع المورد أو أخطاء الخدمة البريدية.

على العميل سداد الرسوم كاملاً عند الطلب. لمعرفة أسعار الطباعة والمنتجات الرجاء الاطلاع عليها على موقعنا الرسمي. أسعار العروض قابلة للتغيير وفقا لتقدير كرموشة للتصوير.
